“During the open studio the artist presented parts of her project, she has been working on in Moscow during the artist-in-residence at CCI Fabrika as well as she gave insight in her artistic methods and recent works.

In her project in Moscow she is mostly interested in two major topics: the historical, architectural and urbanistic heritage of the Constructivists and the contemporary development of urban public spaces such as Zaryadye park and their symbolic status.

During her walks or drifts, she takes pictures, which then are used for the development of series of paintings or drawings. Each series is also accompanied by a short text and picture strips, which describe the walks and give some detailed information about the places.”
